METHODOLOGY
The customer focuses on the functional aspects of their projects, interacting in real-time with a dedicated project manager of their choice. KJR Telecom handles operational aspects, human resources (employment flexibility, profile shortages, etc.), and provides the necessary means for the smooth progress of the projects.
A preliminary needs study is conducted to determine the objectives and expectations. Following that, technical and functional specifications will be established and documented.
